Meaghan Mobbs is the president of the Romulus T. Weatherman Foundation and vice president for client strategies for LINK Public Affairs. She is a graduate of West Point and is a former paratrooper and combat veteran. She earned a master’s degree in forensic psychology from George Washington University, and holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Columbia University where her worked focused on the psychosocial impact of an all-volunteer military and the role of transition stress in the lives of military veterans.

She’s worked with and advised numerous nonprofits and has worked with other veteran-focused organizations. A Tillman Scholar and George W. Bush Veteran Leadership Scholar, Mobbs was the youngest-ever presidential appointee to the United States Military Academy - West Point Board of Visitors. She has advised numerous state and national decision-makers on defense, national security, military family, and health-related issues. Her most recent humanitarian and diplomatic efforts directly contributed to the development of a unique humanitarian aid frontline implementor concept which resulted in the validated precision delivery of aid in hard to reach areas of Ukraine. Mobbs is known for her research into understanding the unique psychosocial stressors of service during a time of war and has frequently been published on this topic.
