LEXINGTON, Va. March 4, 2024 — On Friday, Feb. 16, the Be Everything You Are Stars and Stripes ceremonial dinner took place in Baltimore, Maryland. 

The ceremony highlights flag-rank officers, admirals, generals, and members of the federal Senior Executive Service who have demonstrated courage under fire, wisdom, resourcefulness, and unwavering loyalty to their nation.  

During the dinner AFROTC cadets Joey Heffron '24, Zachary Sturm '24, and Joshua Kent '24 had the opportunity to meet Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force JoAnne Bass.  The cadets and Chief Bass engaged in discussions regarding their respective branches, majors, and upcoming graduations.
