If you were born at the Stonewall Jackson House between 1906 and 1954, when the house was serving as Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, you are eligible to join the birthday club!

The Stonewall Jackson House Birthday Club, which was "born" on Mother's Day, May 11, 1986, now has nearly 600 members.

If you qualify and would like to receive a certificate:

1. complete Stonewall Jackson House Birthday Club Membership Form and

2. send in a check for $10 for shipping and handling to:

3. A copy of your certificate and your membership application will be kept in a birthday book at the Stonewall Jackson House.
